We rear Southdown sheep here at the farm, registered flock as the Stour Valley Southdowns. An English traditional breed, which is known for tender succulent meat.
We use our local small abattoir that ensures the highest standards of animal welfare. You can see our flock at the farm sometimes on the footpath down to Wye.
We rotate regularly as part of the farm rotation plan to ensure highly nutritious grazing all year round. Each box contains half a lamb, in various cuts priced at £70.
